Repeat with remaining 4 Panel K Drawer Fronts (total of 5). 6x35 Cam Bolt x20 To reach the pre-drilled screw holes on the sides of Panels K1 and K2, you will need to tilt the drawer runners. Remove the front and back screws on the drawer runners, leaving the middle screw installed.
- Page 11 Par t 2: Drawers ⁄ “ Cam Cover x20 Attach side Panels K1 and K2 to front Panel K. Tighten cam locks and apply c2 Cam Covers. Repeat with remaining 4 drawers (5 drawers total). Slide drawer bottom Panel K4 into the grooves on Panels K, K1 and K2.
- Page 12 Par t 2: Drawers 3.5x30 Screw Attach back Panel K3 using s3 Screws. Repeat with remaining 4 drawers (5 drawers total). 4x20 Fix Bolt x10 Handle x5 Realign drawer runners and replace screws. Attach h Handle with b2 Fix Bolts. Repeat with remaining 4 drawers (5 drawers total).
- Page 13 Par t 2: Drawers Fully extend the cabinet rails, align drawer rails, and slide drawers into cabinet. Be sure that the silver ball bearing pieces are positioned all the way to the front of the rails. TIP: Upon inserting drawers, listen for a “click” sound. Then gently open and close the drawers a few times to engage the Soft Close mechanism.
