8. Problem analyses and solutions

Failures
Check the following points if the electric wheelchair if is not working correctly.

Verify that the batteries are loaded;

Turn the electric wheelchair off and on again;

Make sure all battery plugs are securely attached;

Check if the freewheel lever in the travelling position;

Check the position of the speed controller.
If the error persists
Contact your Excel dealer.
