Installing the New Motherboard Tray Assembly

Slide the motherboard tray assembly back into the server.

Tighten the 2 thumbscrews on the motherboard tray assembly.

Reattaching the Power Cords and Ethernet Connector

Make sure the switch on each power

module is in the off position.
Reconnect the AC power cords and

Ethernet connector to the back of the
server.
Turn on the power modules.

Restarting the Server

Once you have completed the replacement procedure, you must restart the system.
At this point, the server has lost its static IP address, administrator name and

password, and server name. For assistance in recovering the customer's
configuration and settings, contact Overland Storage Technical Support.
