Possible cause
stereo audio source device.
● The sound bar is not paired with the Bluetooth
stereo audio source device.
● The sound bar is too near to a device that
generates electromagnetic radiation.
Possible cause
● There is no MP3 file inside the device.
● The device is not properly plugged in.
● An MTP device is plugged in.
● The files contains AAC files only.
● A false MP3 file is being played back.
