8. Keep warm/Cancel Indicator (30) flashes to indicate the food is ready. Take out the food in the fol-
lowing steps:
Press Keep warm/Cancel Button (30) to stop heat preservation.
Turn the Relief Valve (3) to "exhaust" position to release steam till the Floating Valve (4) is down in
place (see the figures 11a, 11b).

Notes:
1) When cooking fluid food, such as porridge, do remember not to release the steam immediately
when the "keep-warm" indicator begins to flash. Cool it down naturally till the Floating Valve (4) falls
down. Otherwise the fluid food may squirt and result in damage. It is recommended to cover a wet
towel on the Lid (2) for quick cooling.
2) It is recommended that the steam be released only when the indicator lights without flash, because
the pressure inside is much lower at this time.
3) In pressure holding period, the first digital space displays "P" and the Heating Plate (16) powers on
intermittently, but the menu indicator remains light.
Remove the plug form the socket.
Turn the Handle (1) clockwise till the Lid (2) comes to the clamping position; open it and take out
the food (see the figures 1, 2, 3).

STEAMER FUNCTION

Add some water (1/5 scale) into the Inner Pot (6). Put the Steamer (26) with food into the Inner Pot
(6) and lock the Lid (2).
Turn the Relief Valve (3) to exhaust position.
Turn on the power supply. Choose the menu button "fish/steam" button.
Cooking time is up to your favor – control the cooking time according to your food or menu. Press
the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button when you would like to stop the cooking process.

CLEANING

Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning.
Clean the body with a soft towel. Never soak it in water for cleaning or run water over it. Take off the
Water Collector (14) and clean it with a wet towel.
Clean the inner side with water including Sealing Gasket (18), Relief Valve (3), Anti-Blocking Case
(19), Vent Pipe (22), and Floating Valve (4).
Clean the Inner Pot (6) with a sponge or nonmetal soft brush, and then dry it with towel.
Clean the Relief Valve (3) and Water Drain Hole (23) with soft brush to ensure smooth operation.
