Lid (2), turn in the power, and then choose "Tenden/Bean" button.
3. Cut the power off, exhaust the steam from the Relief Valve (3), open the Lid (2) and take out the
food.
Western fry rice
Stuff: rice – 320 g, shrimp – 50 g, some onion, garlic
Season stuff: proper salt, oil, pepper, sugar
1. Put the rice into the Inner Pot (6), add some water, lock the Lid (2), and choose the "Cooking" file.
2. Exhaust the steam from the Relief Valve (3), open the Lid (2) and take the rice out, let it cool down
naturally.
3. Cut the onion, pepper, garlic into grains.
4. Clean the Inner Pot (6) and put back into the appliance, add some oil, choose the "Cooking" button.
Fry the garlic, onion, pepper, shrimp deeply. Put some season stuff and rice to fry 3 more minutes.
Then scatter some ginger and shallot. Cut the power off, then take out the food and enjoy it.
5. Add some salt, pepper, ginger and shallot.
Seafood soup
Stuff: seafood (like shellfish and so on), red farina, fish soup, garlic, onion, butter, wine
Season stuff: 1 spoon of salt, some pepper
1. Cut the seafood into pieces.
2. Place the Inner Pot (6) to the right place of the appliance, add some butter, choose "Soup" button,
add some seafood stuff to fry for a while, and then add some wine, red farina and fish soup.
3. Boiled the soup, cast aside the froth, cook until the seafood is cooked, then ad some salt, pepper.
Attention! The red farina should not be put too much, when the soup appears yellow that's OK.
Baking cake
Stuff: eggs – 10 pcs, granulated sugar – 100g, spontaneity power – 100g
Season stuff: butter
1. Heat the butter liquid.
2. Separate the egg albumen to the yolk, and blend the egg albumen to froth.
3. Mix the egg yolk, granulated sugar, tallow with egg albumen and blend.
4. Preheat the butter on the Inner Pot (6) some times to exhaust the air from the stuff. Choose the
"Congee" button or stew 15 minutes automatically.
Ginseng braise chicken
Stuff: chicken – 1 pc, mushrooms – 5 pcs, sticky rice – 1/2 cup, Korean ginseng – 9 g, Chinese
Yuanzhi herbs – 3 g, turtle deck – 6 g
Season stuff: 1 spoon of salt
1. Clean the chicken, put it into the pot . The mushrooms should put into the water to become soft,
take off the pedicel and then clean it.
2. Clean the sticky rice, ginseng, turtle deck, and than infilling them to chicken, add some water.
3. Put the Chicken into the Inner Pot (6), add some water, and lock the Lid (2). Choose the
"Tenden/Chicken" button.
4. Cut the power off, exhaust the steam from the Relief Valve (3), open the Lid (2) and add some sea-
son stuff.
Boiled pettitoes
Stuff: salt pettitoes, broccoli, thyme, celery, carrot, tomato, onion
Season stuff: white vinegar, butter, milk, salt, pepper, meat soup
1. Cut the onion, celery and carrot into pieces and put them into the Inner Pot (6). Add salt pettitoes,
broccoli, meat soup, pepper and salt. Lock the Lid (2) and choose the "Tenden/Chicken" files.
2. Exhaust the steam from the Limited Pressure Valve (3), open the Lid (2) and take out the food out.
3. Cut the broccoli into pieces, tomato in block, onion into powder and than put them into the Inner
Pot (6). Choose "Tenden/Chicken" button and add some butter to fry. Add some salt and pepper,
