MAINTENANCE

This section describes the checks and
maintenance measures that must be carried
out at regular intervals. Check that the charger
is disconnected before carrying out any of the
measures below.
CHECK
Check the chassis and tyres for damage and
wear.
CLEANING
• Disconnect the charger and switch off the
power with the power switch on the
product.
• Do not rinse with water or any other
liquid, and do not use detergent.
• Wipe the product with a clean cloth,
moistened with soapy water and wrung
dry.
• Make sure that no water gets into the
charging connection, other electric
components, the motor, foot plate or
wheel bearings.
STORAGE
• Fully charge the battery before putting
into storage.
• Charge the battery every 3 months during
long-term storage.
• If the temperature in storage is below
0°C, move the product to a warmer place
before charging the battery. See Battery
section for more information.
• Protect the product from dust and dirt,
preferably by storing it in its original
packaging.

and at a suitable temperature.
