Securing the burner to the boiler
Provide an adequate lifting system of the burner.
Separate the combustion head from the rest of the burner, as in
Fig. 16; proceed as follows:
loosen the 4 screws 3) and remove the hood 1);
disconnect the socket from the maximum gas pressure
switch;
remove the two screws 4);
pull back the burner on the guides 5) by about 100 mm;
remove the screws 2) from the two guides 5);
disconnect the probe and electrode leads, then unthread the
burner completely from the guides.

Once this operation has been carried out:

Before fixing the burner to the boiler, check for the

included in area A or B of the firing rate (Fig. 2 at
page 9).
WARNING
If it is in area A, no intervention is required.
If it is in area B, it is necessary to pre-calibrate the
combustion head, as described in the paragraph
"Pre-calibrating the combustion head" on
page 23.

The seal between burner and boiler must be air-
tight; after the start-up, check there is no leakage
