13. To replace the disk drive backplane, lift the backplane along the two sides and align the backplane
with the guide rails in the expansion unit.
CAUTION:
The backplane can be heavy to lift. Ensure that you can safely complete this task before you
begin.
14. Using your hand to support the bottom of the backplane, slide it into the expansion unit as shown
in Figure 79 on page 114.
15. Secure the backplane in place by moving the locking tabs from the open position (B) to the locked
position (A).
