Removal of Swing Motors (Pattern 2)

9. Removal of Swing Motors (Pattern 2)
Procedure
Step
1. Remove the swing motors
for horizontal blades.
1 Remove the 3 screws.
2 Disconnect the
connectors to remove
the swing motors for the
horizontal blades.
2. Remove the swing motor
for vertical blades.
Remove the screw on
1
the rear side. Pull out
the drain hose.
2 Remove the screw of
the swing motor unit for
vertical blades.

Warning Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power
supplies before disassembling work.

Swing motor unit for vertical blades

Points
Caution
When reassembling, do not
confuse the installing order
of the 2 motors and the
colors of the connectors.
If you set the connectors or
motors opposite, the
horizontal blades do not
move smoothly or the noise
may be heard.
(1) Set the motor for the upper
blade first.
(connector: white)
(2) Then, set the motor for the
lower blade.
(connector: red)
(3) Fix the both motors with a
screw.
