Cause
Possible causes include the following.
• There is no paper in the cassette 1.
• Paper is not loaded in the cassette 1 properly.
What to Do
Take the corresponding actions below.
• Load paper in the cassette 1.
• Align the paper guides with the both edges of the paper when you load paper in the cassette 1.
After carrying out the above measures, tap OK on the touch screen.
Note
• The loadable paper differs depending on the paper source.
A4, Letter, Legal, Oficio, B-Oficio, M-Oficio, Foolscap, or Legal (India)-sized plain paper can be
loaded in both the cassette 1 and the cassette 2.
• To cancel printing, press the printer's Stop button.
