How to read the commands:
1. o01 i03 video on i06 audio v10 HDMI-a on 1080p
Output 01 is connected to Input 03 with video on; audio is on from
Input 06 with volume 10 using the HDMI audio source; the resolution is
scaled to 1080p
2. o01 i03 video on i06 audio v10 1080p
Output 01 is connected to Input 03 with video on; audio is on with
volume 10; the resolution is scaled to 1080p
3. o02 i04 video off i06 audio off HDMI-a off bypass
Output 02 is connected to Input 04 with video off; audio is off from
Input 06 using the HDMI audio source; scaling is bypassed (turned off)
