Operating Instructions for Extractor

Make sure the main power switch (located under
front panel, directly behind front leg) and control
panel switch is on.
If low temperature / no brew is enabled the display will read
the temperature. No brew lights will illuminate until the
brewer is ready. The display may also ready "Fill" which
indicates the brewer is filling with water or "No Bas" which
indicates the brew basket is not in place correctly. If "Er"
and a 3 digit code are displayed an Error has occured.

Before starting the initial brew, pre-heating of the LUXUS®
Thermal Dispenser(s) is strongly recommended to avoid
brewing into a cold or room temperature container --
thereby accelerating heat loss. This should be done first
thing in the morning.
Pre-Heating: Make sure the brew basket(s) are in place and
the LUXUS® Thermal Dispenser is in position under the brew
basket. Select a batch from the available choices and hold
the corresponding brew button in for 2 seconds to start the
brew cycle. When the hot water brew finishes, let the water
stay inside the container for about 5-10 minutes. Drain the
water from the container before beginning to brew.
Place a paper filter carefully inside the brew basket and then
fill it with the appropriate amount of coffee.
Slide the brew basket all the way back along its
tracks. Make sure the LUXUS® Thermal Dispenser
is empty, in position under the brew head, and the
faucet is closed. Select a batch from the available
choices and hold the corresponding brew button in
for 2 seconds to start the brew cycle. The stop
button will illuminate, and the selected brew button
will flash. Before removing the brew basket or
dispenser, visually verify that dripping has stopped.
