  • Page 10 2. Install the Seat Frame Assembly to the Seat Rail and Attach Top Cap NOTICE: Do not cut the ziptie on the cables in the Frame. Do not crimp the Resistance and Heart Rate Cables. Remove the ziptie on the Shock Assembly and seat slider bracket. Hand tighten all hardware first, then fully tighten it.

  • Page 12 4. Install the Seat Recline Handle and Connect the Shock Assembly to the Seat Back Note: Put the end of the Seat Recline Handle through the opening in the Shock Shroud. Push the Seat Recline Handle through the holes in the Shock bracket (8a) and tighten the Thin Nut (L) and Serrated Washer (O) onto the Handle.

  • Page 18 12. Connect AC Adapter to Frame Assembly 13. Final Inspection Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and components are properly assembled. Be sure to record the serial number in the field provided at the front of this manual. Do not use until the machine has been fully assembled and inspected for correct performance in accordance with the Owner’s Manual.

    BEFORE YOU START Moving the Machine The machine may be moved by one or more persons depending on their physical abilities and capacities. Make sure that you Remove the power cord. Use the Transport Handle to carefully lift the machine onto the transport rollers. Push the machine into position.

    Leveling the Machine Levelers are found on each side of the Rear Stabilizer and on the Frame Rail. On the Rear Stabilizer, turn the stabilizer foot to adjust. Do not adjust the levelers to such a height that they detach or unscrew from the machine. Injury to you or damage to the machine can occur.

  • Page 33 Fitness Test Program Note: The Console must be able to read the heart rate information from the Contact Heart Rate (CHR) sensors or Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) to work correctly. Start to work out and hold the Heart Rate Sensors. When the test starts, the intensity of the workout slowly increases. This means you will work harder, and as a result, your heart rate increases.

    Heart Rate Chest Strap Battery Replacement The heart rate (HR) chest strap uses a CR2032 battery. Do not perform this procedure outdoors or in moist or wet locations. Using a coin, loosen the slotted cover on the battery bay. Remove the cover and battery.
