Your wheelchair has passed the test of immunity to electromagnetic fields. As
of May 1994, 20 V/m is a generally achievable and useful immunity level, and
it is also the immunity level of your wheelchair in its factory configuration.
However, it cannot be excluded that electromagnetic emissions can affect
your wheelchair, for example in environments such as shopping malls and
hospitals.
Nevertheless, it is permitted to use cordless telephones and cell phones,
including hands-free devices, while operating your power wheelchair. In the
unlikely event that you should experience abnormal operation of your
wheelchair, stop driving immediately, turn off the wheelchair, and report the
incident as soon as possible.
