General information

This chapter contains information about guarantees, standards and regulations,
reporting incidents, disposal, and technical specifications.

Guarantee

All power wheelchairs are supplied with a two-year product guarantee.
Batteries and chargers are supplied with a one-year guarantee.

Standards and regulations

This product fulfils the following requirements:
• Electrically powered wheelchairs, scooters and their chargers –
Requirements and test methods (EN 12184)
• Wheelchair standard series ISO 7176
• U.S. Food and Drug Administration's regulation 21 CFR 820
• Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745
