Memory Submodule Evaluation

The parameters of the serial interface and message texts specified on the module
are checked here. Errors with the appropriate number in byte 0 of the PII
"Module status" can be evaluated in the control program.

Clock Test
This part tests the module's real-time clock. The clock is set when the battery
backup fails during POWER OFF of the PC. The clock has the default setting
12.00.00 01.01.89.
Errors and the default setting are provided with the appropriate number in byte
0 of the PII "Status of the module" and can be evaluated in the control program.
