The parameter blocks can be entered in DB 1 according to the following

Note:
Parameter blocks 0, 2 and 7 can also be initialized in the user program.
Parameters set in the user program have priority over those set in the memory
submodule ( 7.3.1). The parameter setting data in the memory submodule is
valid after POWER ON as long as it is not overwritten by the user program.
