- Page 6 Assembly Instructions STEP 3 Attach Middle Panel (D) to unit with Cam Locks. Attach Front Rails (E) and (F) to unit with Cam Locks. Attach Side Panel (C) to unit with Cam Locks. Head Cap Bolt (long) Flat Washer STEP 4 Attach Base (J) to unit with Head Cap Bolts (long), Flat Washer and Cam Locks.
- Page 7 Assembly Instructions Head Cap Bolt (short) STEP 5 Turn unit to its’ upright position. Attach Frame Legs (O) and (P) to unit with Head Cap Bolts (short). STEP 6 Flat Head Screw Place Top (A1) and Leaf Top (A2) upside down on a soft cloth. Attach Top (A1) to Leaf Top (A2) using Flat Head Screws.
- Page 8 Assembly Instructions Figure 4 Figure 3 STEP 8 Attach Pull Handles to Doors (L) and (M) with Machine Screws. (See Figure 3) Attach Doors (L) and (M) to unit with Wood Screws. (See Figure 4) Insert Adjustable Pins into the side and middle panels at the desired level. Slide Drawers (N) into position.
- Page 9 Assembly Instructions STEP 9 When Leaf Top is down, it should be oriented vertically. If it is not vertical and adjustment is desired, loosen the Head Cap Bolts (short) which attach Top (A) to unit. Slide Top (A) slightly forward or backward unit the Leaf Top is oriented vertically.
- Page 10 Assembly Instructions Drawer N STEP 1 Attach Side Part N3 to Front Part (N1) and Back Part (N2) using a Phillips Figure 1 screwdriver and long wood screws (4X), tighten halfway. (See Figure 1) MAKE SURE ROLLER IS ON THE BACK STEP 2 Insert Base Part (N5) into the groove.
