appliance has reached an unsafe temperature internally and has
switched off the appliance to allow it to cool to a sufficient level.
The water tank is empty, or nearly empty, but the water full symbol
is still illuminated on the display
This is not a fault and is due to the internal workings of the steam
system still containing some water. Only once the tank and internal
pump system is empty will the water shortage symbol illuminate.
