ACCESORIOS Según el tamaño de la fruta que se quiera exprimir, la máquina dispone de varios juegos de copas y bolas a elegir: Copas, bolas de color gris oscuro y separador cesta grande, para frutas de diámetro entre 53 – 76mm (Fig. 4).     6. FUNCIONES Y LIMPIEZA  Se aconseja apagar la máquina con el interruptor general antes de iniciar las operaciones de limpieza.  No lavar la máquina con chorros de agua directos y/o de alta presión.  Recomendamos que se realice, al menos, una limpieza diaria de las piezas de la zona de exprimido (copas, bolas, bandeja exprimidora, filtro, cuchilla y carátula), siguiendo las instrucciones de limpieza.

    Al accionar el grifo, la máquina se pondrá en funcionamiento, el display mostrará durante el proceso de exprimido un Reloj y Run. Para detener el proceso basta con dejar de accionar el grifo. 6.2. PARO Z40 Modo Manual Estando en marcha, pulse el botón de Stop. El display muestra un Reloj y Stop y la máquina se detiene cuando termina el ciclo.

    PARA DESBLOQUEAR EL SELECTOR. Lo mismo que antes, con el mismo número de código. 6.5. FUNCIÓN CONTADOR DE CORTEZAS La máquina dispone de un sistema automático de aviso de llenado del depósito de cortezas. Si desea activar dicha función, proceda del siguiente modo: ...
  • Page 13  Extraiga uno de los laterales accionando el sistema de bloqueo y tirando levemente hacia arriba de la parte trasera del mismo (Fig. 13).  Extraiga la carátula desencajándola del lateral restante (Fig. 14) y límpiela con un paño húmedo bañado en una solución jabonosa neutra (¡ATENCIÓN! No limpiarla NUNCA con productos que puedan rayarla).

    Monte la carátula enganchándola en el lateral colocado (Fig. 14). Finalmente monte el ultimo lateral caratula. Antes de volver a poner en funcionamiento la máquina, observe:  Que la bandeja y la cuchilla han quedado bien encajados y atornillados.  Que las tuercas de las copas están bien apretadas.

    6.9. SISTEMAS DE SEGURIDAD La máquina dispone de varios sistemas de seguridad: Si la carátula no está bien colocada, el display muestra Error, y está la carátula de forma intermitente. Si la bandeja no está encajada en su sitio, la máquina no funciona y en el display se muestra Error.
  • Page 16 La máquina dispone de un sistema de protección térmica en el motor; gracias a éste, en caso de un recalentamiento, se detiene la máquina y en el display se muestra Error e Icono Termómetro / Error e Icono intermitentes.     7. INSTALACIÓN, PROGRAMACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO  La máquina debe conectarse obligatoriamente a tierra para evitar posibles descargas sobre personas o daños al equipo.  El enchufe será de fácil acceso con la instalación terminada. No esta admitido el uso de prolongadores, adaptadores ni tomas múltiples.

    a. (Z40 Modo Manual) Si aparece en pantalla el mensaje “3” o cualquier número (Disp. 1a), la máquina está dispuesta con todo correcto y seleccionadas las naranjas a exprimir. (Z40 Modo Self-service) Si aparece en pantalla una naranja (Disp. 1b), la máquina está lista con todo correcto para exprimir.

FUNTIONS AND CLEANING  It is advisable to turn the machine off at the mains before starting any cleaning processes.  Do not wash the machine using water jets and/or water at high pressure.  We recommend at least one daily clean of the components in the juice squeezing zone (cups, squeezing balls, drip tray, filter, blade and cover), following the cleaning instructions.
  • Page 30 6.2. STOPPING Z40 Manual Mode To stop the machine when is operation, press the Stop button. The display will show a timer and the message Stop. The machine will stop once finish the cycle. Once the machine completely stops, the display will show again the number of fruits to squeeze. Z40 Self-service Mode Once you release the tap, the juicer will finish the cycle, and the digital screen displays a "Clock icon and a Stop sign".
  • Page 31 6.5. PEEL COUNTER FUNCTION The machine has an automatic system for warning when the peel collection container is full. If you want to activate this function, please proceed as follows:  Turn off the machine's power switch.  With the machine off, press SELECT, and continue pressing while turning the power switch back on.
  • Page 32 Z40 Manual Mode: Remove the filter tray or the tank with its filter to get access to the nuts fixing the squeezer tray (Fig. 15). Remove the squeezer tray, blade and cups simultaneously. To do so, gently unscrew the nuts securing the cups and, using them as supports, pull outwards and they will come loose so they can be removed easily.
  • Page 33  Ensure that the side panels are properly coupled with the locking system for the machine to operate properly. If Blade, Juice tray, Balls, Cups, Side cover or Front cover are not correctly assembled, serious damage may be caused to these parts or to the interior components of the machine. (Operator faults not covered by the guarantee) Z40 Manual Mode: The display will show the number of oranges to be squeezed.

SAFETY SYSTEMS The machine has various safety systems: If the front cover is not assembled or is improperly assembled, the display will show an Error message with the area of the front cover flashing. If the tray is not assembled or is not in place, the machine will not operate and the display will show an Error message by displaying a flashing dark tray.
  • Page 35 The error message will disappear. Please check that the ventilation gratings and the fan are not obstructed. Z40C Z40A/Z40B If there is no message on the display, it means there is no power supply. Check that the power switch is on and that the plug fuse is not burnt out (Fig. 28).
