    4. ACCESSORIES The machine has various squeezing sets of Cups, Balls and Fruit Classifiers to use depending on the size of the fruit you wish to squeeze. Dark grey-coloured Cups and Balls plus Hopper Fruit Classifier for fruits with diameters between 53 and 76mm (Fig.

    6. FUNTIONS AND CLEANING  It is advisable to turn the machine off at the mains before starting any cleaning processes.  Do not wash the machine using water jets and/or water at high pressure.  We recommend at least one daily clean of the components in the juice squeezing zone (cups, squeezing balls, drip tray, filter, blade and cover), following the cleaning instructions.

    6.2. STOPPING (Z40 Model or Z40 service Model) To stop the machine when is operation, press the Stop button. The display will show a timer and the message Stop. The machine will stop once finish the cycle. Once the machine completely stops, the display will show again the number of fruits to squeeze.

    6.5. PEEL COUNTER FUNCTION The machine has an automatic system for warning when the peel collection bin is full. If you want to activate this function, please proceed as follows:  Turn off the machine's power switch.  With the machine off, press SELECT, and continue pressing while turning the power switch back on.

To do so, gently unscrew the nuts securing the cups and, using them as supports, pull outwards and they will come loose so they can be removed easily. Unscrew the nuts of the tray shafts and pull outwards horizontally to remove all the parts (Fig.

    If Blade, Juice tray, Balls, Cups, Side cover or Front cover are not correctly assembled, serious damage may be caused to these parts or to the interior components of the machine. (Operator faults not covered by the guarantee) (Z40 Model or Z40 Service Model) The display will show the number of oranges to be squeezed. The machine is now ready for operation.
  • Page 12 If the tray is not assembled or is not in place, the machine will not operate and the display will show an Error message by displaying a flashing dark tray. If one of the side covers is incorrectly positioned, the machine will not work and the display panel will show Error.

    7. INSTALLATION, PROGRAMMING AND MAINTENANCE  It is compulsory for the machine to be earthed to avoid the possibility of people being given shocks or damage to the equipment.  The plug must be easily accessible once the installation is complete. The use of extension cables, adaptors and multiple sockets is not permitted.
