    Installation Guide Diplomat Inverter/Diplomat Duo Inverter Piping ▪ All equipment delivered with the heat pump; flexible hoses, filters etc., shall be used when installing. ▪ To prevent leaks, ensure that there are no stresses in the connecting pipes! ▪ The brine hoses may contain small amounts of brine fluid from factory tests. Make sure to empty the hoses before mounting.

  • Page 12 Installation Guide Diplomat Inverter/Diplomat Duo Inverter 4.3.1 Recommended location To avoid condensation problems for the brine lines, as short a brine Caution line as possible is recommended indoors. The heat pump should be located on a stable floor, preferably made of concrete. When locating the heat pump on a wooden floor this should be reinforced to take the weight of the heat pump including a filled water heater, see technical data for relevant heat pump.

If the surface is so irregular that the feet cannot compensate for it, the installation engineer must remedy this.

We recommend that a silicone hose is used for the pipe connection between the heat pump and water heater to avoid the transmission of vibrations.
