Switch button on unit is in the I = ON off position Turn Red Heater and Compressor Switch off. O = OFF. Remove the compressor cap on side of the compressor; Disconnect the black and red terminal connectors; Compressor Starting Circuit Inspect the starter and overload relay for any defects.
