2-yearly maintenance of fuel cell module
01. If these have not yet been actioned: Set service
mode (see page 75).
Note
The cooling process on the fuel cell module lasts
approximately 90 min. Only then should mainte-
nance work on the fuel cell module be started.

Please note
If this waiting time is not observed,
there is a risk of scalding and damage to
the appliance.
02. Remove the front panel of the fuel cell module and
programming unit cover
03. Select "01" using / .
04. Press SET.
"oFF" flashes.
05. Within the next 30 s select "on" using / .
06. Press SET.
The MNT indicator lights up. The fuel cell module
is in "Commissioning/maintenance" mode.
Replacing the distilled water filter element and air filter
Replace the distilled water filter element and air filter
every two years.

13. When no more water emerges and "04" is flash-
ing under STATE, close openings
again.
14. Press SET.
"End" and "nP" will appear alternately under
STATE.

Never lubricate the gaskets.
