4. Verify oil is present in each compressor sight glass.
(Adjust if necessary).
5. Turn field-supplied unit disconnect ON to energize
crankcase heaters on fixed speed compressors.
Verify crankcase heaters are operating.
6. Verify all service valves are open.
7. See MSC General Data for unit refrigerant charge.

8. Liquid charge 10 lbs of R410a initially. This will be
adequate for compressor startup. More charge will
be added after compressors are started. Use an
accurate scale to measure and record preliminary
amount of refrigerant added to each circuit.
9. Record charge amount added.
10. If total charge is not reached see Final Refrigerant
Charge in Startup.
11. Verify wiring is complete.
12. Install 3D-Intelliclamp™ between all cassettes.

Fan Installation

1. Place fan and fan spacer cassettes above the
condensing unit cassettes.
2. Connect fan control harness and fan power
connections. Control harnesses are color coded for
easy installation.
3. Install 3D-Intelliclamp™ between remaining
cassettes.
