Hardware A x 12 B x 12 C x 12 D x 16 E x 16 (Ø8 x 30) (Ø7 x L30) (Ø15 x H12) (M6 x 20) (Ø8 x Ø14) G x 1 H x 12 I x 12 J x 4 F x 12 (10g) - Page 4 Step 1 Align the base of the push-to-open set with corresponding holes on top panel and secure into place using the screws (K). Repeat for the other base. Align the bottom of the push-to-open pin with the slot on the back of the base. Push the pin to secure it into place.
- Page 5 Step 2 Take the base and insert a dowel into each of the inner holes along the bottom and a cam screw into the outer holes. Align the each wall to their corresponding place along the base and rmly press together.
- Page 6 Step 4 Insert a dowel into each of the inner holes along the top of the top panel and a cam screw in the outer holes. Align each side/inner wall so that all the parts align to the corresponding holes and rmly press into place.
- Page 7 Step 6 Cover each of the cam lock with a plastic cap Align a leg to the underside of the formed structure so that the screw holes are overlapping. Fit a washer to a bolt and screw into place using a screw driver.
- Page 8 Step 7 Separate the hinge by sliding the two halves out from one another and attach the mountain plate to the inner wall of the entertainment unit as shown in the diagram (by screwing it into place). Align the hinge-arm to the corresponding holes on the door and screw into place.
- Page 9 Step 8 With another person holding the door, slide the hinges back together. Insert the screws and tighten. J x 2 Step 8.2 Step 8.1 Step 9 Repeat step 7 and step 8 to t the door on the other side.
- Page 10 Step 10 e following steps are to instruct how to adjust the hinges if needed. 10.1 Vertical adjustment via slots on mounting plate by slackening and retightening the screws on the mounting plate. 10.2 Lateral adjustment by screw adjusment. 10.3 Front-to-Back adjustment by slackening and retightening the hinge-arm mounting screw.
- Page 11 Step 11 the door if needed. 11.1 Have a second person supporting the door during the removal process. Using a screw driver to remove the screw from the hinge holding the two halves together. 11.2 Slide the hinge-arm attached to the door out to remove the door of the unit.
