3.1 Screw a steel dowel
which is in the slot of the leg base. Ensure that the
hole is oriented as below diagram indicates. Repeat
this for the other base.
3.2 Screw two steel dowels
nuts on top of the leg. Ensure that the holes are
oriented as below diagram indicates. Repeat for the
other leg.
