2mA during "sleep" mode, 40mA while receiving beacon, up to 1 amp during 1 watt "transmit" mode. Transmit
power may be set from 10mW to 1 watt (see Section 8.1.9)
NOTE: 1-watt operation is not recommended or necessary for most applications as it can cause an unnecessary load
on the battery thereby significantly reducing battery life.
