    Pre-Installation PLANNING INSTALLATION Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Estimated Assembly Time: 35 minutes. Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Phillips screwdriver.

    Installation Install opening plates □ From behind the assembly, align the holes on left front panel (F) with the corresponding holes on left opening plate (H). Secure with two washers (HH) and two bolts (GG). □ Repeat for right front panel (G). Screw connecting rod □...

Secure with three washers (HH) and three bolts (GG). Install center panel □ Insert eight wooden dowels (AA) into the top holes on both left front panel (F), left opening plateand (H), right opening plate (I) and right front panel (G).
  • Page 11 Installation (continued) Install center panel □ As shown in the diagram, secure with four screws (CC). Screw connecting rod □ Screw seven connecting rods (EE) into the designated plastic bushings on the back of the top (A). Fully tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 12 Installation (continued) Install top □ Insert four wooden dowels (AA) into the top outer holes on both left wall (D), center panel (B) and right wall (E). Attach top (A), and secure with screwing seven locknuts (FF) by Phillips screwdriver. Position the insert NOTE: Before proceeding to the next step, with the help of another person, move the mantel close to the final desired location.
  • Page 13 Installation (continued) Install insert □ Secure the insert (K) to the base (J) with two short screws (DD) on the left side and on the right side of the insert (K). WARNING: You must install the tip restraint hardware to help prevent any accidents or damage to the unit. We strongly recommend attaching the tip restraint hardware to a wall stud and your unit.

    Operating Instructions Control Panel Remote Control To use the remote control, first remove the plastic tab by gently pulling it out of remote control (L). Power Button □ Pressing the power button will turn ON or OFF the unit. □ When the unit is in ON mode, the power icon indicator light will be shown green and turn ON the heating level and flame brightness effect with the last settings.
