Monday - Sunday
Start is the time when the temperature starts to rise or drop.
Stop is the time when the temperature ceases to rise or drop.
Temperature difference is the rise or the drop in degrees, e.g.
Monday

In this case, when the boiler setpoint temperature is 50°C, it will drop by
10°C from 6

Next, set intervals (required for the second mode), from Monday to Friday
and from Saturday to Sunday.
