STEP 4
Attach the Handlebar (77) onto the Handlebar Post (19) with 2 Spring Washer (12), Bolt
(9), Tube Spacer (11) and T shape Knob (10). Make sure you slide the Hand Pulse Cable
over the Computer Bracket. Tighten fully.
