Troubleshooting
General faults
Connected system components are not correctly controlled or not controlled at all
H Check connections and cables (see installation)
H Check the voltage at the terminals
H Scan operating conditions in the "Operating details" menu
Room temperature too cold/too warm
H Check set values
H Check actual room temperature
H Check boiler control units of connected boilers
System components operate erratically (e.g. severe temperature fluctuations)
Check control unit settings in the "Set value" menu path
Incorrect temperature recording
Check temperature sensors concerned
Control panel faults
All LED displays are off, no text in the display
Check power supply and fuse (underneath the large cover)
Display "9" illuminates, no text in the display and/or keys do not function
Switch ON power supply again and then check control unit settings
Keys do not function or not always
Check location and seating of the large cover
Display "9" flashes
The control unit has registered a fault. Scan the cause for the fault in the
"Faults" menu.
