The minimal message intermission is 3 bit-times. Taking this into account,
the maximum transfer rate of messages with 1 data byte is about 18000
messages per second.
The CAN interface of the C200HW-CORT21 is not able to transmit or receive
this amount of messages per second.
Max. transmit message rate C200HW-CORT21 = 2000 messages / s
Max. receive message rate C200HW-CORT21 = 2000 messages / s
If the rate of the messages that the C200HW-CORT21 is configured to
receive is higher than the maximum receive message rate, data will be lost.
