- Page 2 Safety Please read the operating instructions carefully and use the product only for its intended purpose. Operating Instructions The shower trolley is designed for transferring patients in hospitals, health centres, spas, care and nursing homes to and from the bathing area as well as for showering patients.
- Page 3 b) Raising or lowering the side rails Integrated drain tube Lowering the side rails: Press the two buttons together with one hand and lower the side rail with the other. Raising the side rails: Lift the side rail with both hands until it locks in the ‘UP’ position. Please note: Before showering a patient, make sure the drain tube is placed in a suitable container.
- Page 4 Please note: While a patient is being showered, the casters must be locked. d) Adjusting the head section Length of head section: 70 cm. Adjustable from 0° to +35° (serrated fittings). To adjust the angle, gently lift head section with one hand. To lower the head section, lift it to top position and then gently lower it.
- Page 5 Intended Use A shower system designed for residents in hospitals, health centres, spas, care and nursing homes for use in central bathing and showering areas. Please note: If the shower trolley is left unattended for any length of time, it must be put in its lowest position, with the side rails up and casters blocked.
- Page 6 Liability and warranty The manufacturer is only liable for the safety and reliability of this product if: the product is used for its intended purpose it is inspected by authorised personnel once a year it is used in accordance with operating instructions Any technical changes to the product or single components carried out by unauthorised personnel result in a loss of warranty.
