    EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your Trojan TR105 Treadmill provides you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone muscle and in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet, help you lose weight. THE WARM UP PHASE This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury.
  • Page 17 MUSCLE TONING To tone muscle while on your Trojan TR105 Treadmill you will need to have the resistance set quite high. This will put more strain on your leg muscles and may mean you cannot train for as long as you would like. If you are also trying to improve your fitness, you need to alter your training program.

MUSCLE CHART The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan TR105 Treadmill will develop the lower lower body muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout.     If you feel signs of silicone, no further lubrication is required. If it feels dry to the touch, lubrication is needed. Contact the Trojan Call Centre to enquire about the correct type of silicone to use. It is normal for some belts to drift near one side while the belt is running with no one on it. After a few minutes of use, the belt should have a tendency to centre itself.
