modules, such as silicon carbide (SiC), gallium nitride (GaN), power MOSFETs, transient suppression devices,
circuit protection devices, power modules, and batteries where high-voltage sourcing and low-current
measurements are required.
This cable is commonly used with the Keithley Instruments Model 2470 High Voltage SourceMeter
