Assembly Begin by installing wheels on the lower elbow connections as shown with 9” axle bolts, washers and nuts. Use a ¾” wrench to tighten, but do not over tighten – the wheel should roll freely. Also loosely thread the 1” pinch bolts into the elbows. - Page 7 Upright tubes are 20’ long Slide the upright tubes through the T-connectors of the crossbar without tightening pinch bolts so you can set the height later. Also slip the wheeled elbow over the bottoms of the upright tubes, as shown. Crossbar length = 23’...
- Page 8 9 feet Fit the base assembly to the upright assembly with the uprights lying on the ground. All elbow connectors can now be tightened. (3/4” wrench) Adjust height of crossbar before tightening. Dimension from base of elbow connector (what would be ground level when the goal post is upright) to the bottom edge of the T- connectors should be 9 feet.
