power level is set to 1.

SET BINDING

This function is used to "marry" or "bind" the XtremeLink
RF Module with

an XtremeLink
receiver.
You can have as many receivers as you like
bound to a single transmitter.
Please see section 4 for information on how to bind the XtremeLink™
system.
