Saw blade breaks

Red lamp „Fault" on
the control panel lights
up
Note: In case of problems with the saw blade guides follow the instructions in section  9.7.4.

This fault only occurs on models with variable blade speed control.

Possible Cause
Too sharp edges at the tooth base
Saw blade guide badly adjusted, the
back roller presses against the saw blade
Manual feed rate too high
Saw blade blunt or badly set
Saw blade torn or teeth burnt
due to incorrect grinding
Resin residues or similar on the saw blade
Saw blade badly ground or
teeth not adapted to the cut
Fault on the frequency inverter
Remedy
→ Replace saw blade
Bad weld
→ Use a saw blade that is
suitable for the intended use
→ Readjust saw blade guide
according to section  9.7.2
→ Select feed rate according
to the material
→ Replace saw blade
→ Regrind or replace
→ Clean the saw blade
and the wheel bandages
→ Replace saw blade
→ Note the error message
and contact customer service.
Caution: Frequency inverter
remains energised for up to 15
minutes after the main switch
is turned off!
