ASSEMBLY

12.1 Check scope of delivery

After delivery, check the machine immediately for transport damage and missing Parts.

12.2 Assembling the machine

The machine is pre-assembled. The modification for different operation modes should be carried
out according to the following instructions and the electrical connection should be made:

12.3 Connecting to a dust collection system

The machine must be connected to dust collection system. The system must start up
at the same time as the motor of the band saw starts.
The supplied dust/chip bag can be used for small jobs. Connect it to the extraction
port and ensure that it is emptied regulary in order to achieve optimum dust
absorption.

The machine is delivered mounted on
the frame (3). For use, only the blade
shaft guard (2) must be fitted into the
hole provided for this purpose and
fixed by means of screw (2).
Operation without frame:
Remove the machine and blade shaft
guard from the frame by loosening the
star screws.
The supplied rip fence and the rebate
depth stop can be attached to the
machine with screws as shown.
For modification to operation with frame,
proceed in reverse order.
