recommends a clear open space of 61'4" x 43'4" for this
swing set. This includes and area 6' from all elements
and 18' in front and behind the swing beam. See the il-
lustration at the top of the next page to determine starting
placement for Tower 1.
• Start by assembling the first Yorktown tower. Instructions
and hardware are in the cartons noted at above. Use the

• Wait to install Access Ladders, Slides, and Wall Slats until
after the entire tower is complete.
• York step 2. Do not install the Sandbox Center on the front
of the tower. Use the Floor Transition from the Yorktown
Play Floor (63063-101). See page 2 of the Yorktown Play
Floor instructions. Secure the Sandbox backs but wait to
install the floors.
