to create this specific set.

Dormers
• Start by assembling the Lexington tower. Instructions and hard-
ware are in the cartons noted at left. The gym is rotated 90° from
the position shown in the instructions.
• Wait to install the Access Ladder, Slide, and
Wall Slats until after the rest of the play set is
complete.
• Lex step 2. Omit the sandbox end from the end
of the gym adjacent to the Skybox. It will be re-
placed with the transition from the Skybox Play
Floor.
• Lex step 7. Do not install the safety rail.
• Lex step 14. Do not install the end wall support
on the Skybox end of the tower.
• Lex step 15. The swing mount isn't needed.
• Lex step 25. Before installing the roof, find the
post where the swing beam will mount. Drill
7/16" diameter holes through the post at 3",
7-1/4" and 15-1/2" below the top of the post as
shown at right. The beam will be mounted to the front of the post
using these holes. Insert one 5/16" weld nut into the top hole on
the inside face of the post. Be sure the threads on the weld nut are
clear, it will be captured by the roof support. Install the roof.
• Mount the Swing Beam using instructions and hardware included
in 63060-222. Mount the beam to the previously drilled holes at
right rather than the way shown in the instructions. You may need
to temporarily disconnect the roof from the post to put the beam in
place.
