Wrap Height
Wrap Height
The Wrap Height selection sets the height that the film moves above the top of the load.
Wrap above the top of the load to:
•
Hold the top layer of the load in position
•
Give protection to the top corners of the load
•
Lock the Top Sheets or the Top Caps to the load
The adjustable range for the Wrap Height is between:
•
102 mm (4") below the top of the load; to
•
254 mm (10") above the top of the load

Wrap Apps
Wrap Apps
Wrap Apps are for special applications for specific loads.
The Wrap Apps can control:
•
Film Tension
•
Speed
•
Number of Layers
•
Time to complete the specific task for the App
Machine adjustments occur automatically.
This is to make sure that the operator can complete the task safely and in a repeatable manner.
Available adjustments are different for each App.
You can keep the default settings for an App or set it for each operator.

Profile Name
Profile Name
Give the Profile a name that identifies the specific load.
To give the Profile a name, it is common to use:
•
Characteristics of the load
•
Actual Product Name
•
Brand Name
Make sure that all personnel can identify the load by the name of the Profile.
