Select a Ready-to-Wrap Profile

There are 10 pre-programmed Profiles already set in your machine
Put a load on the turntable and see if you can find your load in the Ready-to-Wrap Profile selection
If you can, select the Profile
If you cannot identify your load in the list, continue to 6.5.2 and Create a Profile
Pre-programmed Profiles:
Regular Light – Light load, with no sharp edges, that fits the pallet

Applies Light Film Tension
Regular Heavy – Heavy load, with no sharp edges, that fits the
pallet
•
Applies Light Film Tension
Irregular Light – Light load that does not fit squarely on the pallet
•
Applies Light Film Tension
Irregular Heavy – Heavy load that does not fit squarely on the
pallet
•
Applies Light Film Tension
Sharp Edges – Load has sharp edges and is inboard
•
Applies Moderate Film Tension
Incomplete Top Layer – Load has a few extra boxes on top –
requires hand-roping
•
4 Revolutions at a slow turntable speed
Soft Top – Soft or Light Top Layer
•
Applies reduced Film Tension at the top of the load
Pre-wrapped Double Load – Stacked loads that are wrapped
•
Applies 3 layers of film to the middle of the stacked load
Short Normal – Short load that does not require roping
•
Applies Light Film Tension
Short and Inboard – Short Load that is inboard (Not compatible
with XT) and requires hand-roping
•
4 Revolutions at a slow turntable speed
