Mounting on the door frame with screw-on casing

The escape door locking system 352M can be fitted to the door frame with a

screw-on casing as an option.

Both the escape door locking system 352M and the striking plate are each fitted

using a screw-on casing. Each screw-on casing comprises a mounting bracket

and a cover. The escape door locking system 352M is screwed onto the door frame

side and the matching striking plate onto the door leaf profile. They can be

fitted vertically or horizontally. If they are fitted horizontally, you should select a

position as near as possible to the lock side on the door to ensure little leverage

is required.

The actual installation takes place as shown in the hole pattern (Fig. 6, page 48).
