Recipes for auto cook
Baked broccoli, potato
and mushroom gratin
400 g
potatoes, peeled
400 g
broccoli florets
6 tbsp
water
1 tsp
butter or margarine to grease the dish

mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp
parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper

cream
125 ml
milk
salt, pepper and nutmeg

Gouda cheese, grated
1. Put the potatoes and broccoli in the bowl.
Add the water, cover and cook.
Stir once during cooking.
9-12 min.

2. Slice the potatoes into discs.
3. Grease the ovenproof dish. Add the
broccoli, the mushrooms and the potatoes
alternately in layers. Sprinkle with parsley
and season with salt and pepper.
4. Combine the eggs with the liquid and
seasoning, pour over the vegetables, then
sprinkle the cheese over the dish.
Cook on the low rack using AUTO COOK
AC-4.
5. Allow the dish to stand for approx. 10
minutes after cooking.

raisins, washed
finely grated lemon peel

baking powder
1. Grease the Gugelhupf mould.
2. Beat the butter with the icing sugar with a
mixer until smooth. Add the egg yolks one at
a time.
3. Gradually stir in sliced almonds, raisins and
the grated lemon peel. Mix well.
4. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into
the mixture. Mix baking powder and flour, sift
and carefully fold it into the mixture.
5. Transfer the dough to the mould and bake on
the low rack using AUTO COOK AC-5
(900 g).
6. Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes after
baking.
