Configuring the Snap Server as a Print Server

Your Snap Server can be configured to emulate either a Windows or an IPP print
server to manage USB-connected printers. To configure your Snap Server as a print
server, select

Configuring an APC-Brand UPS

Adaptec recommends that you use a UPS with Snap Servers and expansion arrays
to protect your data from unforeseen power outages. Snap Servers are compatible
with USB- and network-based, APC-brand uninterruptible power supplies that
allow you to take advantage of the automatic shutdown capability. For instructions

SnapExtensions are software applications, agents, and utilities that extend the
capabilities of a Snap Server. Some SnapExtensions are fully functional out-of-the-
box; others may require a download and/or the purchase of a license for full
operation. For up-to-date information on feature availability, contact Adaptec.
