Choosing a location
KeyPad Combi is best placed indoors near the entrance. This allows disarming the
system before the entry delays have expired, as well as quickly arming the system
when leaving the premises.
When holding KeyPad Combi in your hands or using it on a table, we cannot guarantee that
the touch buttons will work properly.
It is a good practice to install KeyPad Combi 1.3 to 1.5 meters above the floor for
convenience. Install the device on a flat, vertical surface. This allows KeyPad
Combi to be firmly attached to the surface and to avoid false tamper triggering.
When choosing the location, also take into account the following factors: signal
strength, convenience of use, and siren audibility.
