To open the Library Options menu, click on the little sprocket icon.
In this menu, you will find following entries:
Open containing folder: Direct link to the library location on your hard drive. This command
can be helpful when you want to navigate to the library's install location without using
the Finder (Mac OS X) or the Explorer (Windows).
Remove Library: Removes the Library Box from the Library tab (see section 4.3.3).

4.3.6 Locked Libraries

KONTAKT PLAYER libraries will always be locked for editing when in Player mode. If a library
is locked, its Instruments display a gear icon in their Instrument Header:
The gear icon in an Instrument Header indicates that its library is locked.
A click on this gear icon opens the Instrument Options (see the Reference Manual for more
info on this).
!
Some libraries are locked for editing, even if you own the full version of KONTAKT. The
decision to lock a library is that of library developer and not that of Native Instruments.
